Pros

Cannot brag enough about this company. I have worked multiple places in my career and this is by far the best company I've worked for. Great benefits, great pay, amazing culture, 360 feedback, perks all the time

Cons

It's a small company so limited capacity for upward movement, however that is to be expected in a company of this size.

Pros

Peepers was a great place to work. The team was supportive, hours were decent, overtime opportunities were available, lots of employee support and events, and recognition programs that made you feel appreciated! There was also good company and management transparency with monthly company meetings so you always felt in the know with things going on or changes that had been made.

Cons

There could be more PTO offered.

Pros

-free product -relatively nice co workers and work environment -good benefits -good pay -lots of systems that make the org organized

Cons

Everyone has been there for 6+ years and they expect you to know what you’re doing with 0 guidance as someone who has worked there for 6+ years. They paint themselves as a “family” but it’s probably because that’s the only place to work in Michigan City, IN. People will befriend you and offer to help, but because they have never worked anywhere else, will be unprofessional and non transparent. There is no ability to be creative, the training process is below average and the lack of transparency and actual guide to be successful is lacking. Frankly the most boring, sleepy job & sleepy product. If you’re not 40 + don’t think this is a spot for you. I learn nothing and when I asked, it’s frowned upon & I'm told on by the little minions you’ve all created. Tariff situation nightmare because all the CHEAP product is made in China and to hear the panic and stress from upper leadership then funnels down to lower level employees. They can’t control their business or emotions.
