Opportunity for learning and challenging new skills. Specially if you are not having engineer background. It was hard experience specially when we start remotely.
Cons
Most of the staff are in the company for decades. Old staff and old generation. Hard to adopt with the team. Hardly to communicate with the employee for mistakes.
