      Pros

      PedsOne has always been a place of collaboration and people doing great work. The staff are all friendly and helpful and truly work as a team.

      Cons

      Change in management and “Senior Leadership” has brought out the worst and things seem to be headed in a direction that does not seem sustainable. Feels like a sinking ship and I know many are looking to get off before it goes down. The culture that once was is no longer and it shows.

      Pros

      Workloads are unrealistic and when you ask for help you don't receive it. They've restructured the corporate side of things and that's when things started to take a turn for the worst. You get bumped to salary and are expected to work extra hours but their flex time policy is so limited that it's not worth it!

      Heavy work load, no work life balance
