High turnover in Central Business Office, both those who quit and those who are fired. High termination rate for new employees approaching their 90 day initial probationary period. Inconsistent performance objectives. Constantly changing last-minute projects. High amount of rework. Lack of understanding of scope for new efforts. Erroneous or creative client results reporting. Focus on acquisition of new clients without regard for staff capacity. No standardization across clients/separate processes and systems for each client. Can't say no to client requests.
