They listened to what I was looking for and found a great match. The benefit plan is blue cross PPO, although the employer contribution isn't great.

The hourly rate did not match the annual salary discussed. I made the mistake of trusting the recruiter's math. Either through lack of training or intentional deception the recruiter did not account for non-contract days in the calculation. It was an 8k difference and PediaStaff would not honor the annual pay we agreed to. Being new to the school system I didn't know better, but they should have.
