Overall just an exhausting, unfulfilling, and bad place to work…Cutting costs seems to be the main objective, they often ask people to wear as many hats as possible rather than hiring for vacated positions. Compensation/pay is well below industry standard. They will frequently offer title changes in lieu of increasing pay. They never offer raises and never do annual performance reviews, you have to request them. You never quite know where you stand, they very much lack transparency from the company’s standings and goals, to your position there. Finally, the number of micro aggressions you have to deal with is staggering. It’s very much a boys club, they ostracize and exclude anyone who’s different. The sexism is so blatant it’s become a running joke around the office. Zero female leadership. They discourage the hiring of protected classes. Questionable business practices and ethics.
