Good place to work - Recreation Aide Peconic Landing Employee Review

This company is not only one of the most beautiful places to work but has its perks. The place is really a family from the members to the employees. plus we get free lunch!

The location could be an issue for employees

PL is a great place to work. There's a very warm team culture, great benefits (better health insurance and PTO than I've had anywhere else and a 403(b) match), and there's a gym, pool, and fitness classes all available for employees. Leadership definitely makes an effort to host frequent team-building activities and off-campus events that can be a lot of fun. The campus itself is also a gorgeous place to work, and working with the members who live here is a joy in itself! The members come from so many amazing diverse backgrounds and have had unbelievable careers...you can learn so much just from being around them. Best part of the job!!

It's hard for employees that work night shifts to participate in some of the team activities so I haven't gotten to know everyone in all of the departments.
