      Pros

      Hartley and Mary Peavey actually care about their employees and it shows up in the little things. Fun, informal atmosphere, and plenty of time off.

      Cons

      The CEO, COO, and President all have different opinions about certain matters and employees are occasionally caught in the middle. Micromanagement is the norm from top to bottom. News and rumors spread extremely quickly and without prejudice. Some in upper management are paranoid and trust is hard to earn and easy to break.

      relaxed atmoshpere, friendly personnel, freedom Didn't realize this was as great of a place to work until I moved to "greener pastures."

      Opportunity to learn different skill sets, with different departments. Good working environment, safety is important. Day shift only, no nights or weekends.

      Cons

      Low pay and benefits are not very good. Employees are not appreciated for their efforts in doing the job right the first time.
