      - The vast majority of the employees at this company are wonderful

      Cons

      - Bosses are hypocritical liars - Nobody is trained - They have a quick to hire quick to fire mentality - Upper management scarcely knows how to execute what they ask other employees to handle - Certain employees are treated differently that others based on arbitrary reasons - There is a culture of disorganization that plagues employees that need structure

      Pros

      Pearson Realty Group has been great to work for! They offer top of the line technology for marketing at little cost to Agents. Additionally, the endless opportunity to get advice through the online training platform or in-house agent success coaches has been extremely helpful.

      Cons

      Starting off, the technology was overwhelming. Eventually, with time, it all made sense.
