Pretty much a slapped together operation. Once again announced as a "family company" which is far from it. They will lie and string you along with empty promises and out right lies to keep you working and to make the money for them. They have no respect for their employees but just want to keep the contracts going to fill their own pockets meanwhile throwing scraps to the employees. Sadly there are a few in the work crews that are trouble by back stabbing and instigating problems. Word of advice avoid this company. During the interviewing process you will be lead to believe that it's all team and family oriented where everyone will make the good money. Reality sets in very quickly that it's completely mismanaged and a toxic environment.
