In my time at Pearlfinders I was given countless opportunities to develop skills and gain experience in the areas of my role that I was most passionate about. I felt that my opinion was always valued. The people are great and the company rewards and invests in staff that are hard working and show enthusiasm for what they do.
Cons
You won’t find the benefits packages available at some large corporations - that said, there’s a great company culture and lots of socials such as wine tastings, pub quizzes and sports days.
