Work Life & Work Environment: Pearlsoft fosters trust and friendship with an unapproachable leadership team, prioritizing work-life balance through flexible hours, remote work options, and a manageable workload; subject to individual managers.
Employee Satisfaction: Pearlsoft prioritizes and values its employees. I felt warmly welcomed and strongly supported from the start, fostering a good connection with my colleagues.
Dynamic Engagements: Pearlsoft enhances workplace dynamics with frequent team-building activities, social events, sports and games, and wellness programs, fostering a lively and vibrant work environment.
Cons
Compensation: I don't think Pearlsoft emphasizes competitive salaries and performance-based bonuses, recognizing and valuing employee contributions through incentives, bonuses, vouchers, and influencing salary hikes and promotions during appraisals.
Leave Policy: I find the leave policy somewhat disappointing compared to my previous experiences.
Office Politics: Among the Group Managers, the office politics is at it's peak.
