      Small team in singapore, very liberal style. Can work from home most of the time, as majority of clients are in eurpoe

      not much career progression as singapore branch is still small.

      - Pay is acceptable - They are flexible when it comes

      Cons

      - Poor management with poor communication. - Being physically present is rewarded much more than what you are actually contributing. - Selective treatment of employees. - Little structure, it's all very loose. - Forced to be a certain social character or they will intentionally forget you. - They will unfortunately micromanage even though they say they don't - Unable to set clear work boundaries and deadlines with employees
