Even thou it is a sales environment you are not "beat down" when you have a bad month and miss your goals. They are understanding and work toward achieving the goals next month. Does a great job identifying different product lines to sell that compliment existing customer traffic. Loved being able to offer customers ways to save money and increase my sales when the customer was not in need of a phone.

Need to work most holidays, not a negative about the company but more of the retail industry. Currently no health insurance, however they have received quotes recently and from my understanding this is a priority for them to get.
