      Leadership is forward thinking and willing to take risks in the pursuit of new tools and technology, while staying focused on their goals and helping employees grow in their careers.

      Cons

      They've had a few periods of somewhat high turnover, though that wasn't necessarily related to management as much as employees having significant life changes, etc.

      Pros

      Perks are AMAZING! They have an awesome culture too and you get to be a part of the solution not just told what to do. They have always been super flexible and understanding and give you lots of autonomy to work. They really want you to act like an owner! Love this place!!

      Cons

      Fully 100% remote so only get to see everyone like once or twice a year! Would love to see everyone more! When we do get together we have a blast!!

      Flexible, streamlined workflow Reasonable and fair management, once you agree to the initial terms, which are poor. I noticed an attempt to establish culture, but they didn't establish leadership first

      Low pay for writers Contract-work Requires a noncompete agreement. Really? Incentives reward mediocrity, not quality articles The work is highly impersonal, for the sake of efficiency
