Salaries are consistently delayed by two months or more, and employees only receive one month's pay instead of the full amount owed. This salary issue has been ongoing for over two years now. The company registers employees with CNSS but does not provide AMO health insurance coverage. Management is disorganized and lacks transparency. Some managers focus more on pleasing their superiors than actually doing their jobs or supporting their teams. The overall work environment is negative and unsupportive.

You don’t get paid on time, and there’s no job security. You end up working far more hours than agreed, and the extra time is never compensated — you only get a “thank you” instead of payment. If you fail to deliver results under their unrealistic expectations, they quickly give you negative feedback and blame you. I honestly don’t recommend anyone to work with them unless your only goal is to learn. Don’t expect timely salary, proper support, or any form of assurance.
