Any opportunities for development or promotion are identified through our six-monthly appraisal process, which works alongside each Peaker’s Personal Development Plan, and are made on merit. We also continue to review our salaries in-line with external benchmarking.
We take our responsibility to Peakers around the world very seriously. Our benefits suite prioritizes mental and physical wellbeing, and work/life balance is a core focus for us. This manifests in a number of ways, such as subscriptions to apps like Headspace and Spill, contributions towards a gym membership and talking therapy support. We operate a hybrid working model with flexibility in working hours.
