My experience with Peachy Studio was brief and disappointing. There is a significant lack of transparency in both the hiring and training process. Expectations, evaluation criteria, and the reality of job security are not clearly communicated upfront. The training itself is fast-paced and offers minimal support, which makes it difficult for new hires, especially those transitioning into aesthetics, to succeed. While the program is presented as thorough during the interview process, it does not match that description in practice. I would strongly advise against leaving a stable full-time job for this opportunity. The training is UNPAID, and you are not in a secure position during the training period. Candidates can be let go without a clear explanation, meaningful feedback, or an opportunity for remediation and improvement. This creates unnecessary financial and professional risk, particularly for those who have invested significant time and effort into the program. Based on my experience, I WOULD NOT recommend this as a reliable or supportive place to work.
