Pros
If you have prior customer service experience, it's fairly simple / Clientele is fine for the most part/ flexibility in schedule
Cons
Pay is terrible/ no room for growth within the company/ they promise bonuses upon hiring to make up for the low hourly pay and never give them, meanwhile the nurse practitioners make a ton of money and get gifts from corporate, but the people who are actually running the studios get nothing/ training is an absolute joke/ sick time and vacation, don't even bother, they will try and use it as reasons to write you up or fire you/ policies are not laid out in clear or coherent manner
