      PTO accrual includes sick pay, holiday and vacation. Education opportunities available, smaller teams worked closely in outpatient settings.

      Cons

      High turnover or change in executive team, unclear chain of command in leadership team, end users unable to locate how to submit issue trackers once internal website was updated.
