Pros
Not many. I did meet 3 people I would consider friends and continue to talk too outside work. Other then that, there is really nothing good to say.
Cons
Management doesn't manage. The Respiratory Department is ran by the staff, not the manager. Unfortunately the staff running the place have their own agendas. They will lie and attempt to ruin long, good standing reputation's. If you have experience and your looking for a new place to work, keep looking. Peace health Southwest Medical Center is not worth the risk to your reputation.
