Most coworkers are great. Upper mgmt is always looking to improve systems.
Cons
Middle management doesn't enforce expectations, so you end up pickup up slack from others. Not much room for actual growth, as position levels are vague. Seems like none of the teams are ever comfortably staffed (even with no vacancies).
