      Pros

      I worked for 37 yrs at phsw ,the reason I stayed was the teamwork. I worked along side many wonderful Doctors, nurses and numerous co-workers in all depts.( A-Team ) unfortunately my position was dissolved.

      Cons

      They seem too work understaffed quite a bit.

      Backstabbing/harressment/bullying and threats made constantly by security supervisor to terminate employment which creates a hostile workplace
