Failure of executive leadership to capitalze on leveraging in house talent. Always using consultants. No accountability. No vertical integration with operations. Toxic corpoate culture. Unlikely to stop fiscal collapse. Continued corporate inertia and inability to foster innovative stategies for success. Reactive rather than proactive culture.
