Pros

As a recent new grad who was welcomed into the new grad residency program, I am amazed at the level of eduation I am recieving. My preceptor is incredible and I truly feel I have the support from all around me from the CNA's to management.

Cons

The computer system is quite slow despite a recent upgrade. There is the potential for a lot of time wasted. Learning to click on the computer, doing pt care, going back and clicking 3/4 more times with the hope it is loaded by the time you're done with said pt. has helped me reduce time waste. Solving the network/computer speeds would be tremendously productive.
