Pros

Local employment opportunity without commuting to PDX. Free parking. Insurance benefits. Nice workstation/office space environment. On-site workout area/gym and locker rooms with showers.

Cons

Current upper leadership does not listen to caregivers concerns or suggestions. Targeting workforce for poor outcome statics resulting from decisions made by upper leadership team to implement applications/enhancements with minimal to no prior testing. Toxic workplace environment... caregivers in fear of losing their jobs due to pattern of outsourcing of jobs. Premature announcements to caregivers without workplan in place...leadership unable to answer/provide feedback to caregivers' questions. Poorly managed office.
