Pros
I love my direct managers and HR Dept. There were a few times where the policies and staff really, truly saved me. Suggestions were always welcomed. Great benefits. Competitive pay. Welcoming staff. Wonderful place to learn new things. Respectable, established community asset. The resources are available to thrive happily here.
Cons
Some Grumpy Gusses and resistance to change are peppered throughout. But if you can keep your glass half full, there are plenty of great, happy and inspirational people there. As far as a whole, I will say, there should be more of an effort to treat patients in a more integrated approach. There is a strong division of departments and the communication amongst them. Ultimately, it's the patients that suffer from it.
