Frustrating culture - Sr Financial Analyst PeaceHealth Employee Review

Unfortunately non clinical management is not as strong. They are not fair, uninterested in developing employees, they seem to be interested only in their own careers , take credit for everything their team does and give very little positive feedback. The culture is sexist, sophomoric, and repressive. Professionals are treated like clerks. If you liked high school and a repetitive dead end career but paid fairly- this place is for you.
