Pros

Top management is getting very good at identifying and promoting talented managers, new CEO welcomes feedback and doesn't micromanage, targets are well defined, good benefits and paid time off

Cons

Office is not always organized, sometimes required to work 6 or 7 days/week.

Pros

Autonomy to do what you need to. Good pay, health insurance better than most companies. Vacation time off is fair. Trying to be one of the great places to work but CEO ignored survey results which pointed to him and he blamed others.

Cons

CEO is arrogant and very self centered, selfish with no respect for those working under him CEO hires skilled people and then does not let them do their job CEO is Japanese centric, favors Japanese over all others CEO and CFO are more worried about profits over people and relationships with vendors Many good people are blamed for CEO failures through constant assignment of blame Leadership at the top always look at the glass as half empty and they try to deflect blame to cover their mistakes Owner is aware of management problems and have heard that he finally removed the CEO~congratulations! Why did it take so long, too many good people left and now young inexperienced people trying to lead and they simply are not qualified Losing stores to competitor because they have not been the leader in sushi and have gotten lazy
