      Pros

      Great atmosphere. A very down to earth company with great collegues. Peab works hard with their employees development and it is relatively easy to grow in the company.

      Cons

      The CEO could be more HR focused, today Peab unfortunately go against the trend and focus less in HR than other large companies.
