A liar. - Company management centered on one person (CEO) who does not respond to 99% of things. - A company that is stagnant because CEO has stagnated and does not accept opinions from others. Practically all the companies on the market pays more than pcdiga for any function. And in the case of pcdiga it's even worse as it's a business that requires us to have good knowledge about hardware, technology and other stuff. It's not easy to keep track of everything... It's just another company that will disappear in a matter of years for not having adapted to the market changes and for not letting others help it grow, with modern management and vision, a healthy environment, where its staff could be recognized... I thank to some people within the company who helped me grow as a person and who gave me opportunities. But unfortunately working at this company is no longer good for your CV and personal life. I've been off the boat for over a year now and it's been the best thing I've done for my life and career. You must surround yourself with those who value you. Not those who talk bad about you behind your back just like the CEO of PCDIGA does.
