Pros
- Salaries are always paid on time. - The company allows some freedom in day-to-day management and work-life balance. If we need to be gone for a few hours to sort out personal things, it's not a big deal. - Good people who are in the same boat as you and who help you if you need something.
Cons
My experience as a Product Manager was horrible. I had been at the company for just over 1 year, where after almost 15 years of experience in retail market, I felt what a bad company with bad attitudes is, where the boss lives in a completely apart from the real world. I and other product managers were completely ridiculed by the company's boss, who presented us with numbers and targets that were completely ridiculous and outside the context of the market, just so that we wouldn't have the opportunity to meet the numbers and thus not receive a sales bonus. We are talking about a company run by a person with very bad attitudes and this is evident from the huge number of people who have left and who have improved their quality of personal and professional life since leaving. Before PCDIGA, I worked at other companies. They all have their pros and cons, but I have never left a company with such a bad impression as I left PCDIGA. The company would have potential if it were managed in a completely different way. You and your colleagues are never right. You and your colleagues have nothing to say. The only opinion that counts is the boss opinion and nothing else. That's why company declines at 2 digits per year. Oh, and salaries? Let's not even talk about it. Nowadays you easily earn 2x/3x more for same position in other companies.
