Pros
Great environment, Decent Pay, Laid Back, All the managers love their jobs and work great with all of their employees. You always have one on one time with your managers to let them know your concerns or feedback on the company or position you are in. It is a fantastic place to work I love it here.
Cons
Because it is a new company and we are only 4 years old. It is a small building and we are continuously adding people to each of the teams which is creating less and less room for us here. Also, training seems a bit unorganized. We do not have a set training program it is mainly the managers who will train and then the second day the new hires are on the phone. So there are a lot of errors in the first two weeks. Once you get the hang of things, it is a really easy job, though.
