Pros

Nicest colleagues around! (if they are still there...) Free shoes! Staff purchase!

Cons

Self proclaimed family working environment full of drama, siblings fight each other for father/mother's heritage Not inclined towards building a character as a person, more towards abusing you to obtain "family" goals When you are not needed, parents will say you are not my son/daughter! Get out from my house!

Pros

The working hour is great for work life balanced. Not really much ot for front line staff.

Cons

How to say. I writing this behalf of my friend, feelin so unfair for her. :((( Not really a good company. Remove problematic staff instead of solving problems. For the matters of convid virus19. They remove around 6-7 staff who might still under probation. Very bad In this area. When they having high demand they need you. When they don’t need they just simply fired staff who may having a not a so excellent performance. The mangement only will heard the staff who have long years of service( close with them) fail to clarify truth behind matters. My friend was working as management trainee in the company, which was told them were train for more managerial role, but what was coming out is they just wanted to hire degree holder to work as normal staff( they can apply EP for the staff thats the reason) .

Pros

Cozy environment with really friendly and nice colleagues. Free shoes.

Cons

Dishonest pay cut. No official letter from HR to even explain the wage cut. Toxic company culture and office politics. No proper management in the company. Useless KPI settings. No job security at all, boss/manager doesn't like you you are likely to get fired. Manager piles you with work and claims she doesn't know what you are doing. Promotion is not based on how much you have done, but how much your boss/manager like you. No fairness and justice in this company. Keep on eye on Jobstreet. There is a high chance you may find you or your colleague's job being posted :))
