Pros

- Good salary - It was good start at Pazien: good people, modern technologies. Unfortunatelly world has changed over time.

Cons

- One time old friends of our boses joined the company and many people were disappointed, but who cared about people. Guys who did not want to seat silently were fired, the rest still silently are working. - management who cares about company profit and not about good reputation. - even after firing the top company guys did some not pleasant things. Maybe it's their nature. It's said. - does not matter how you started, the most important thing how you finished.

Pros

Pazien is a great place to experience a tech startup that works hard to overcome challenging business requirements in pragmatic and creative fashion. Management is also very understanding when it comes to work-life balance with flexible work from home and time off policies which seem hard to find in startup cultures.

Cons

As we try to grow and ensure that we can continue to increase our customer base, priorities shift considerably and quickly. The location is not ideal, but this is offset by the flexible work from home policy.

Pros

Transparency, community, and team effort are what define Pazien. Great place to work, you are not expected to do anything your boss wouldn't do. Always willing to go the extra mile to help an employee, flexible when it comes to kids, obligations, etc. They have gone to great lengths to ensure that employees are aware of the long-term and mid-term goals of the business, and emphasize an open door environment. Clear company focus and exponential growth both current and for foreseeable future.

Cons

Location is easy to get to but you are right between the pike, rt 9 and 16, and 95 - so very busy traffic is the tradeoff for simple directions to the office. Sometimes there will be production issues over the weekend and people always respond, so you can feel a bit tied to your phone even though you don't need to be.
