Pros
The company and product were built around helping restaurants grow and succeed, and the culture reflects that - the team cares a ton about making their customers successful.
Cons
The acquisition by Access Group will change the dynamics as Paytronix becomes part of a larger company. This will be great for some people but it is a much larger organization now.
