I can think of one con in this company. At the time we were at year's end and the reason I left the company was that a contract fell through which would have guaranteed my position where I would work from home in another state.

Great place to work if you are looking for a family like atmosphere as well as a chance to have an open door policy to leadership.

Just being at a smaller orgainzation limits career paths but your voice is certainly heard.
