Pros
Shola is extremely HUMBLE while Ezra is easy going and both co-founders are accessible to employees. I joined the company because of founders! Transparent communication and benefits are generous. Company mission is strong and we are actually helping lots of small companies to kick start and grow their business
Cons
Growing pains but then nothing is perfect. There are systems and processes that aren't quite there yet, but we're aware of them and make efforts to improve weaknesses.
