Thank you for the feedback We always want to hear from our employees, both present and former. We acknowledge that you feel there are things we still have to work on. We are a growing company, we may not get everything right and it seems we have not met your expectations in a few areas. But we're on a journey, always learning and trying to improve. We work hard to establish connections and open lines of communication between our management teams and global employees. There is always an opportunity to feedback and offer an opinion, this is welcomed. We hold regular meetings to keep employees informed of the business strategy and how their roles are a part of it. We are a fast moving and fluid organization, so sometimes plans change and we need to react quickly. We are committed to our values of ‘Listen, Respect and Collaborate’, especially during periods of change. We always ask that our people managers prioritize communication when this happens so that everybody knows what the plan is and what role they have to play.

Pros

The product itself is complex and genuinely interesting, with significant potential for both personal and business development. There are good initiatives, engaging events, and visible opportunities to grow, particularly for those who manage to align with the right people, adapt to expectations, or move with the established flow. In that sense, the environment can be rewarding and motivating.

Cons

There are underlying toxic elements in the environment that are not immediately visible but subtly and consistently disruptive. While the organisation presents itself as caring and supportive, particularly around mental health, this support does not feel equally applied to everyone. In practice, mental well-being appears to be under strain for certain individuals, creating a disconnect between stated values and lived experience. Although the general atmosphere is framed as collaborative and inclusive, there are situations where specific people or groups are treated as outsiders. This creates quiet divisions and a sense of exclusion that is difficult to address, as it is rarely overt. The result is a mix of uncertainty, pressure, and emotional fatigue, rather than a genuinely safe and supportive workplace. The physical workspace reflects a similar contradiction. While the office itself is modern and visually impressive, the proximity of the kitchen and relaxation area to active working spaces can be distracting and uncomfortable. This layout makes it harder to maintain focus or properly disengage, contributing further to stress rather than alleviating it. Overall, the experience is mixed - there are positive aspects, but they are offset by subtle cultural and environmental issues that collectively place pressure on individuals and impact mental well-being over time.

Pros

I appreciate the hybrid work setup. The company is now moving more towards encouraging employee training during work hours as well as other benefits such as pensions private healthcare which is good as these were all lacking before.

Cons

Perhaps some minor communication improvements but there is not really much I can fault them on.
