They will lay you off without severance - Engineer Paysign Employee Review

I had a performance review with my manager, who assured me that my performance was stellar and that I was doing good work for the company. Then I was laid off a few months later. No warning, no severance. Just a quick call and boom. They didn't even bother explaining the reason for layoff. This organization does NOT care about its employees, just profits for their shareholders. I wish I hadn't switched jobs to work for Paysign.
