Pros

None sadly was a waste of time joining and only gave me more problems each day i was working.

Cons

Where do i start I joined in 2022 and now look back with heavy regret of what was about to happen. Instead of working my contracrual hours of 40 hrs a week i was told to work double this and help out my colleagues and do there work also. I didnt get paid enough for this doing my work and also 5 other colleagues work. I was told to automate all the processes which i had no idea about as i have no idea in finance. I dont even know my debits from my credits. I suffered a heart attack back in May 2022 due to stress of the job and was told id be takinf it easy and cominf back to PT hours. This was not the case after 2 weeks as things had taken a twist for the worst with the team falling behind in reporting. My manager then phoned me up to tell me that they needed me to comeback sooner than later to help with reporting. I was sick and tired of this and had me stressed. My manager didnt understand this and said for me to automate all processes and work on weekends to get this done for SLA. I couldnt even havw my lunch. I was working stupid hrs like 6am-9pm most nights. I didnt even have time to eat and go to tescos for my meal deal.

Pros

Highly engaged team members working in a collaborative environment. The company has made significant progress over the past three years in terms of organizational discipline and has become more mature in its operating processes. Management is supportive, hands on, and has been sharp focused in executing key priorities.

Cons

Not many cons, honestly speaking. Compensation and benefits can improve over time, and management will need to pay attention to workload, in order to prevent burnout.

Pros

- Real ownership. From day one, teams place a high level of trust in you. With that trust comes real responsibility and the expectation to take full ownership of your work and decisions. - Purpose-driven mission. The company is genuinely focused on creating impact by helping people move their money more freely, with as little friction as possible. - High ambition. The bar is set high, being good is not enough. The culture pushes everyone to strive to be the best in what we do. - Top talent and strong teams. You are surrounded by highly talented colleagues who are deeply committed to their work. The company’s rapid growth is a reflection of the quality of the team. - Personal and professional growth. You are exposed to key decisions early on. Regardless of role or seniority, there are real opportunities to learn, contribute, and grow.

Cons

- Pace can be intense. As a fast-growing company, priorities can shift quickly and the workload can sometimes be demanding. - Processes still evolving. Some internal processes and structures are still maturing as the company scales, which can occasionally create ambiguity. - Cross-team coordination. With teams distributed across multiple regions and time zones, alignment and communication can sometimes take extra effort. - Rapid change environment. The company moves quickly, which is exciting but can also mean frequent adjustments in priorities or strategy.
