I previously worked for Paysafe and now work for the Affiliate company Income Access. I absolutely adore my role and position. The staff is outstanding, so welcoming, easy to work with and very much a quality team. Company benefits, incentives and initiatives are one of the best in the industry. Culture and Values are exceptional and bolster a true sense of being part of a family. Very keen on diversity and inclusion! Every employee is valued, no matter their position, which I find quite exceptional. The company encourages you to voice yourself and listen to you whether it's to express new ideas or concerns. Incredibly flexible when it comes to having to take time off for being sick, or doctor appointments. You can work from home if needed, which is quite a perk that many companies don't offer. I feel respected by my peers and senior management, which is not always the case when you're position is an EA. The SVP/GM really has a pulse on her staff along with all business related items. There is an extreme sense of guidance and concern for staff/employees that is fostered at this office. I have worked 11+ years in an administrative role and I consider myself very fortunate to work for such a great company.

I live far, so I'd just say the commute for me is a bit long
