Hands down the best workflow process in payroll, owner constantly looking for ways to refine and streamline to avoid mistakes and generally make running payroll easier for everyone. Company pay is above average for industry, great earning potential if you can stick with it.

Because of the refined workflow management demand a huge amount of output from staff - don't expect to get any downtime here. Overtime will be pushed on you and is expected every month near month end- not entirely unusual in the industry but definitely at the worser end of the spectrum.
