Pros

-PayPlan is a genuinely purpose‑driven place to work which attracted me to the company. Every role plays a part in helping people -Colleagues are trusted as experts, encouraged to share ideas, and supported to do the right thing for customers. -There’s a strong culture of collaboration, learning, and listening both to customers and to each other -There is a good work life balance and genuine focus on wellbeing -I have found PayPlan a supportive, rewarding place to build a meaningful career and am energised about the opportunities ahead

Cons

As a purpose‑driven organisation, the work can be emotionally demanding at times particularly for customer facing colleagues
