Customer care is extremely toxic, in israel you can only get ahead by kissing up to certain people who are the gatekeepers. bullying, favoritism, are allowed to thrive and if your bully happens to be in a position of power the employee would be absolutely helpless as H R would side with them. Ive seen a lot of people with huge potential get fed ip and leave while others who are incompetent but are good looking/ good butt kissers allowed to advance Pay is very low compared to other companies with similar size, absolutely no life work balance
