Etiquette is 100% absent in management. 4. Being a family-run business, you will find their family-members (with absolutely no experience) in the CxO positions 5. They use lying as a tool to solve employee problems. 6. External-consultants (Amateur) have a great time here. Sometimes they even control employees.
