      Pros

      Pay is Good. Friendly Environment. If you are in Products you will get more benefit than working in projects.

      Cons

      Management will not look for your concerns at time.Particularly at appraisal Meetings.

      Pros

      Employees feel valued and connected to their work. Open communication and teamwork are encouraged regular acknowledgment of achievements boosts morale

      Cons

      Nothing that I can think of. Just that the city itself is small if you come from a metropolitan area.
