      Pros

      Payoda genuinely values employee work life balance and creates a supportive environment for its people. From the onboarding process to being assigned to a project, the entire experience was smooth and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The company has many experienced professionals who are always approachable. Overall, my experience at Payoda has been very positive, and I appreciate the collaborative work environment and the strong company culture.

      Pros

      Employees feel valued and connected to their work. Open communication and teamwork are encouraged regular acknowledgment of achievements boosts morale

      Cons

      Nothing that I can think of. Just that the city itself is small if you come from a metropolitan area.
