      Remote work, but that's maybe the only thing.

      Cons

      The worst management I have seen, everything is toxic, nothing works, no basic plans or vision. One day you are praised, the next one you are lined up for firing to cut costs. No culture, raises, nothing. Just toxic people cuddling around the owner to keep their job.
