Pros
Workplace culture is great- much better than most other places offer. This includes catered “family style” lunch each week for all employees at all office locations. And a vested interest in your career development. Plus the people are friendly and good to work with.
Cons
Like any small business you’re often asked to pitch in on things that just aren’t in your job description... I personally don’t think that’s a bad thing (but if you’re looking for your standard push a button role, look elsewhere. Here you’re expected to be engaged and help out as needed!)
